Creative Business Park is located on the outskirts of Langley Park only 5 miles from the historic cathedral city of Durham, with excellent transport links via the A691, A167, A690, A68 and
A1M. We have a wide range of over 60 units which are made up of offices/studios,
multi-use commercial workshop units and storage container units. Transport
vehicle secure parking all which are available with easy in/out terms.
The Park offers full fibre broadband, free allocated car
parking outside of the office/studio or commercial unit, CCTV surveillance, security
fencing and secure security gates allowing 24hr access 365 days of the year.
The office/studios range in size from 300 - 800 ft² with
shared serviced toilets and kitchen facilities, services including Fibre
broadband, LED lighting, heating and carpets. (Please note the office/studios
are unfurnished).
The commercial multi use workshop units range from 560 to 2,500
ft² and benefit from powered roller shutter doors (older units are manual) each
unit has a personnel access door. We have a limited number of units available with
3-phase electric with the remainder being single phase supply. LED lighting and water supply and fibre
broadband. Access to our fully serviced WC facilities in the main building via
security coded doors.
Self-storage containers range from 20 to 40 ft².
Local amenities within Langley Park. A short 2-3 min walk
from the park there you will find various convenience stores, butcher, café, chemist,
takeaway and hardware store. 5 miles
away is Durham city where you will find a wider range of supermarkets, restaurants,
takeaways, cafes and retail parks.
